Registration Information:

When is Registration? May 14, 2011 from 11 am to 1 pm AND May 21, 2011 from 11 am to 1 pm

Where is Registration? Forest City Elementary School Field in Altamonte Springs (across from Lake Brantley HS)

What is needed to register?  You must bring registration forms (print online), Copy of Birth Certificate and payment

How old does my child have to be to play? 13 or 14 years old only (8th graders going into HS)

What is the cost of the camp? $400.00 will be due at sign up (cash or check)

What is included? Football helmets, shoulder pads, practice jersey, practice pants w/pads, and a camp T-shirt.  Camp T-shirt will be the players to keep.

How long is the camp? 4 weeks

When does the camp start? Camp will begin on May 31st.

When does the camp end? Camp will end on June 25th.

What times are practices? 5:30 to 7:30 pm

What days will there be practice? Monday thru Thursday

When do we get fitted for equipment? At time of registration so player must be present

When are the scrimmage games? Games will be only on the last 2 Saturday mornings. (time TBD)

Is there anything my child will need for practice?  The player must bring a bottle of water or sports drink.  No snacks.

Who do I contact if my child will not be able to attend practice?  Send an email to Next Level Performance and someone from the office will respond to you. Or you may contact the players Coach directly.
