resistance, power traning with parachutes (SPARQ) PARACHUTES-
In this picture you see a display of explosive running using (SPARQ) parachutes. This creates lots of resistance and gives the athlete explosive power. One parachute is enough resistance, but as you advance and get stronger you can add more as you see here. You also see a weighted resistance vest on the athlete. This is a (SPARQ) resistance vest that also helps build explosive power and adds resistance to your every movement.







exercises for leg dive and balance using hurdles HURDLES-
we use hurdles for many different exercises to help build leg drive. In this picture the athlete is performing a box jump with a power ball as additional weight. This also helps build explosiveness, coordination and balance. As you advance you can add more hurdles and perform more jumps in the exercise.










build explosive power with power sledPOWER SLED-
The power sled also helps build explosive power on any athlete. It strengthens the quad, hamstring, calf and also your core when instructed how to pull correctly. Weight can be added or removed at any time for the athlete. Athletes will remain in a standard running position as they pull. It is very important to maintain great posture and have good leg drive.
